About Bob

Bob Dahlquist is a senior real estate professional with more than 35 years of experience as a California licensed real estate broker. Over the course of his career, he has owned and operated his own brokerage and has advised clients across a broad range of residential, commercial, and investment real estate transactions.

In addition to his brokerage background, Bob has held senior operational and executive responsibilities within the hospitality sector, working with Fortune 500 company Wyndham Worldwide. His experience with Wyndham included oversight of development, acquisitions, budgeting, and operational performance for hotel and resort assets. In these roles, he was responsible for managing complex business entities and ensuring that projects met forecasted financial and operational objectives.

Bob’s current work focuses on advising investors and clients in the acquisition and disposition of real estate portfolios, single- and multi-family investment properties, commercial assets, and land. He is also actively involved in facilitating Section 1031 exchange transactions, supporting clients in tax-efficient portfolio repositioning strategies.

In addition, Bob is engaged in capital sourcing and financing advisory in support of real estate development initiatives. He works with developers and capital providers to help structure funding solutions and coordinate equity and debt capital for development projects. Through TFS Properties, Bob supports the firm’s advisory mission by helping align capital sources, development objectives, and transaction execution to advance well-conceived real estate projects.
