My name is Ryan and this is an unsolicited testimony for [TFS]… I learned about 1031 exchanges by attending a seminar sponsored by [TFS Properties]. I have been conducting business investments with them for about 10 years. Not all investments have been totally successful. Over the past year, I decided to purchase 4 rental properties in Indianapolis as an investment. At my age, I just wanted to be a passive investor and NOT a landlord.
